1. The program
The creator program lets partners of PlugStak make short promotional videos for creator drops (campaigns) and earn rewards when their videos are approved. These terms add to our Terms of Service. Each drop also shows the version of the terms you accept in your store; that version applies to that drop.
2. Who can take part
Active PlugStak partners aged 18 or older who are on the creator list and can see the drop in their store. One entry per store per drop.
3. Spots and deadlines
Each drop needs a limited number of creators. Spots go first come, first served when you tap “I’m interested” and accept the terms. Your spot is held until the deadline on your entry; if you don’t submit in time it is released. You can withdraw before you submit. We may change, pause, extend or end a drop at any time, including before all spots are filled.
4. What to make
An original video that follows the drop’s brief and the angle you chose (as a buyer, a seller or a partner). We recommend vertical 9:16, 15–90 seconds, good light and clear sound. Upload the original file or share a link where we can download it in full quality.
5. Honesty and safety rules
Your video must not:
- make false or misleading claims, fake reviews or “get rich quick” promises, or show earnings, prices or results that aren’t real
- show anyone’s private details — card numbers, codes, passwords, OTPs, bank details, customer names or numbers
- include anyone under 18, nudity, violence, hate, gambling, drugs, weapons or anything illegal
- attack other companies or use their logos as if they endorse us
- present you as our employee or official spokesperson
6. People, music and rights
Everything in the video must be yours or something you have the right to use. Everyone who can be seen or heard must have agreed to appear and to the uses in section 9 — you confirm this when you submit. Use no music, royalty-free music, or music you are licensed to use. No AI-generated faces or voices of real people without their written consent.
7. Review
We watch every video and may approve it, ask for a redo with notes, or decline it. You can redo a video up to the number of times shown on the drop. Whether a video meets the brief and our quality bar is our decision.
8. Rewards
An approved video earns the reward shown on the drop when you reserved your spot; we may add more for an exceptional video. Rewards are paid as bonus credit in your store — not cash. Bonus credit can only be used to buy products in your store, can’t be withdrawn or transferred, and each purchase paid with it is approved by our team. It is forfeited if your store is closed for breaking the rules or if the entry was fraudulent.
9. How we may use approved videos
You keep ownership of your video. If it is approved, you give PlugStak, the platforms it works with and agencies acting for them a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, copy, edit, cut, crop, caption, translate, add music or graphics to, combine with other content and publish it — including the names, faces, voices and likenesses of everyone in it — on our official websites, apps and social media pages and in paid advertising on any platform, without payment beyond the reward.
We may credit you by name or handle as a PlugStak partner, but we don’t have to. We decide whether, when and where to use a video, and we never publish videos we declined or that you withdrew before review.
10. Posting on your own pages
You may post your approved video on your own accounts. Because you are rewarded, add “#ad” or the platform’s paid-partnership label so viewers know, in line with Nigerian advertising rules and each platform’s policies.
11. Fraud
Re-uploading someone else’s video, submitting the same video from several stores, buying fake views or followers or any similar trick cancels the reward. We may remove bonus credit gained this way and close the store.
12. Storage
Videos are stored securely and only our team can view them until an approved video is published. Files from declined, expired or withdrawn entries are deleted after 60 days.
